About The Role

At Nucleus, we’re skipping the middle layers. We don't need prompt-passers; we need an AI Video Director & Creator who can take an idea from absolute zero to a finished, hyper-realistic video output.

You will act as both the Director (shaping story, pacing, hooks, and visual language) and the Lead Creator (generating images, motion, voice, and post-editing).

Our expectation is simple: High autonomy and flawless execution. You own the craft from script to final render, delivering work so polished that it only needs a single review before go-live.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Direction: Conceptualize, direct, and build high-converting Meta ads, brand pieces, and experimental video content from scratch.
- Full-Stack AI Production: Seamlessly stitch together Image Gen (Midjourney, Flux, SDXL) + Video Gen (Runway Gen-3, Kling, Sora, Luma) + Audio Gen (ElevenLabs, sound FX).
- Cinematic Post-Production:



Polish generated clips using NLE software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci, CapCut) for color grading, dynamic pacing, lip-sync, and audio sync.
- Zero-Micro-Management Quality: Rigorously review and refine your own output to eliminate AI artifacts, bad physics, or awkward continuity before handing it off.

- Director's Taste: Deep instinct for camera angles, lighting, color harmony, visual hooks, and story pacing.
- Multi-Model Mastery: Hands-on experience across leading AI video, image, and voice models.
- Self-Driven Accountability: You take pride in delivering final-cut quality with minimal supervision.
- Versatility & Speed: Ability to execute Meta ads quickly while maintaining top-tier visual realism.
