Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
1.
Responsible to drive / contribute to global projects; gain in experience and knowledge at a Technical level and functional level in Core banking.
2. Contribute to Issue resolution, RCAs, Process improvements
3. Pro-active status reporting with Leads.
4. Solid Ownership of assigned tasks to closure.
5. To ensure all activities carried-out and solutions proposed, planned and delivered are compliant with policy guidelines specified by BNPP Paribas group globally
6. Gather project requirement and prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD) and other functional documents as per requirements.
7. Provide linkage between the client’s business and technical tasks regarding the requirements throughout the development life cycle.
8. Provide maintenance and support towards resolving issues, bugs etc on products put on production.
9. Resolve and provide functional support for adhoc queries from users.
