We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head to drive business growth across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, leading the sales team, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team.
- Identify and acquire new clients across Kerala.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders).
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.




- Monitor market trends and prepare sales forecasts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is an added advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in team leadership and enterprise sales.
- Robust knowledge of IT Services, Software Solutions, and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Location: Kerala (Travel Required)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
