This is a project based opportunity for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking Project Associate with a robust background in strategy, operations, and project execution to support large-scale transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on business transformation, restructuring, and diversification initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop business plans, operating models, and growth strategies for clients across the maritime ecosystem.
- Conduct market assessments, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including government bodies, CPSEs, and client leadership teams.




- Drive cross-functional coordination and facilitate workshops, reviews, and governance meetings.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and support implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Note-

Duration: 12 Months (extendable)

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Open to candidates from any location. Travel expenses to the work location will be covered by the client.)
