Role & responsibilities

Leading for Third Party inspection, Type approval testing & New product development testing, and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities :
- Team leader for Conducting Infrastructure Assessments as per the Govt requirements and Bulk Testing of the optical fibre cables as per the Client Quality Standards.
- Responsible for Co-ordination with Client for product testing, approval and final despatch.
- Supporting Client Authorities for conducting Infrastructure Assessment for launching new design of optic fibre cables.
- Team leader of customer inspection team and guide the team to conduct inspection within given time.
- Responsible for carrying out customer inspection without any rejections.
- Co-ordinate with team during analysis of customer complaint.
- Responsible for completion of routine test activities by effectively utilizing available resources.
- Ensure the error free Documentation required for Bulk testing as per the Customer standards.
- Responsible for calibration of various Monitoring and Measuring Equipment and Software in the firm.




- Responsible for purchase of all capital /consumable items for QA department.
- Responsible to Conduct business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical business functions & Identifying Strategies and solutions.
- Responsible to keep align Business Continuity Plan and ensure Testing of business continuity plans.
- Follow the safety & health rules and protect the environment and our planet.
