Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Solar Site Engineer to manage the execution, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Solar PV projects across India. The candidate must be willing to travel and stay at project sites as per business requirements. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day execution of Solar PV projects at site.
- Supervise installation of Solar Modules, MMS Structure, Inverters, HT/LT Panels, Cables, Earthing and Lightning Protection System.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements and technical inspections.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.




- Monitor manpower, materials and site progress.
- Perform testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Solar PV systems.
- Prepare DPR, installation reports, commissioning reports and daily site progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) standards and company SOPs.
- Attend customer complaints and provide technical support whenever required.
- Travel to any project location across India on short notice.

Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy or related discipline.

Experience
- 1–5+ years of experience in Solar EPC / Solar PV Projects.
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge of Solar Systems may also apply.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Solar PV Systems and Electrical Installations.
- Understanding of Single Line Diagram (SLD), GA Drawings and Electrical Drawings.
