Cynosure Technologies is hiring an experienced EUC – L2 (Advanced User & Executive Support) skilled for our prestigious client.

Job Details
- Role: EUC – L2 (Advanced User & Executive Support)
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)
- Location: Vemagal, Karnataka
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts / 247 Plant Operations)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Deliver executive/VIP user support with high service quality and quick resolution.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows devices and enterprise applications.
- Handle user account management, software installations, patching, and endpoint security.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for incident resolution.
- Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
- Manage asset inventory,



documentation, and compliance.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
- Ensure adherence to SLA targets and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts and independently handle L2 support issues.
