MAVEN is supporting the hiring search for one of our clients, an organisation driving grassroots outreach and mobilisation, to build out their field team.

~75% travel across the assigned region
Role Overview:
Drive outreach and mobilisation on the ground — conducting awareness camps, coordinating with schools/colleges/NGOs, and ensuring eligible participants complete and submit applications successfully. Ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork and working in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct awareness sessions and outreach camps in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and communities
- Guide participants and families on eligibility, documentation, and application processes
- Support participants in completing applications; verify and upload required documents
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs,
community organisations, and local stakeholders
- Identify and onboard outreach partners to expand reach
- Organise and manage camps, workshops, and awareness events
- Maintain field reports, outreach data, and daily activity updates
- Share regular MIS reports and ground-level feedback with the central team
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–4 years in field operations, outreach, education, NGO, sales, or community engagement preferred
- Freshers with solid communication skills and willingness to travel welcome
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali; regional languages an added advantage
- Comfortable using smartphones, Google Forms, Excel/Sheets, and digital platforms
