Support the Artwork Operations organization by combining operational execution, analytics, reporting, and process governance responsibilities. Act as a subject matter expert for artwork operational data, KPI measurement, dashboard reporting, and workflow management while ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and organizational quality standards. Drive data-driven decision making through Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Automate, and operational analytics, enabling continuous improvement across the Artwork Supply Chain and supplier network. Act as a bridge between Artwork Operations, Business Analytics, and Stakeholder Management functions.

Major Accountabilities





Artwork Operations Analytics & Reporting
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Artwork Operations reporting, analytics, and KPI management.
- Support collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of operational KPIs.
- Define, maintain, and govern KPI measurement methodologies aligned with SOPs, SLAs, and business requirements.
- Monitor artwork execution performance and proactively identify risks, delays, bottlenecks, and deviations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data used for business reporting.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance.

Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards providing end-to-end visibility of Artwork Supply Chain performance.
