Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Neo4j Developer with strong expertise in Python and PySpark to design, develop, and optimize graph-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Neo4j, Cypher Query Language, graph data modeling, and building scalable ETL/data processing pipelines.

This role requires experience in graph databases, data engineering, and integrating Neo4j with enterprise systems to deliver high-performance, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain graph database solutions using Neo4j.

Create, optimize, and troubleshoot Cypher queries for efficient graph operations.

Design graph data models based on business and technical requirements.

Develop and maintain scalable ETL/data processing pipelines using Python and PySpark.

Integrate Neo4j with enterprise applications, APIs, and various data sources.

Perform query optimization, indexing,



and database performance tuning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable graph-based solutions.

Ensure high data quality, security, and system performance.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support when required.

Mandatory Skills

3–5 years of experience in Software Development or Data Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j Graph Database.

Expertise in Cypher Query Language.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Hands-on experience with PySpark.

Good understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.

Experience building scalable data pipelines.

Strong understanding of graph databases and graph analytics concepts.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with Spark ecosystem and distributed data processing.
