Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive for our Bengaluru store. This is a revenue-carrying role with a monthly target of Rs 15 lakhs during probation and Rs 25 lakhs post-probation (Rs 30 lakhs stretch). You will manage all inbound consumer leads - WhatsApp, website, Shopify,



and walk-in - and build toward enterprise and institutional sales from month four onwards.

We generate strong inbound lead volume. The job is converting it, not sourcing it from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound consumer drone enquiries across WhatsApp, website lead forms, Shopify, and walk-in at the Bengaluru store
- Enter every lead into CRM (Odoo) on the day it is received. CRM entry rate target is 95% and above
- Handle pricing, availability, product comparison, and deal closing for the full DJI consumer range
- Pitch QuadX Care AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) on every hardware sale without exception. AMC target: Rs 25,000/month during probation, Rs 50,000/month post-probation
- Submit daily activity report (contacts, new leads, quotations, deals won) by end of each working day
- Follow up on outstanding payments and partial collections
- Assist with store display, customer demonstrations, and walk-in ser
