The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex business domains, contributing to high-quality software delivery through modern testing practices and tools.
Key requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Automation QA Engineer.
- Strong expertise in automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong product/domain understanding with the ability to explain workflows, business processes, and project functionality clearly.
- Hands-on experience in building and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Positive understanding of manual testing practices.
- Ability to work with complex business domains.
- Experience implementing AI-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Good experience in mentoring/leading a team of QAs.
- Strong communication and detailed answering capability.
Nice to have
- Experience with Xray.
- Experience working on HCM products.
- Experience with NLP/Plain English automation tools like TestRigor.
