Department Rotations: Work across different business units (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.Operational Support: Assist department managers with daily tasks, shift scheduling, and implementing new company policies.Data Analysis & Reporting: Research business trends, evaluate team performance, and generate reports to help lower risks and increase profitability.Project Management: Participate in strategic planning, assist with cross-functional projects, and present findings to senior leadership.Team Leadership: Shadow experienced supervisors, assist in interviewing/onboarding staff, and help mentor team members.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹42,700.00 per month
