- 14 years of recruitment experience in a staffing firm or recruitment consultancy.
- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, or Banking hiring is mandatory.
- Exposure to both Non-IT and IT recruitment is preferred.
- Good understanding of BFSI functions and technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced setting.
