We are hiring an Account Executive for one of our reputed private limited companies in Dadar (Wadala), Mumbai.

Position: Account Executive
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Dadar (Wadala), Mumbai
Salary: ₹35,000 (In-hand) + PF + Gratuity
Gender: Male / Female

Job Responsibilities

Order Processing & ERP
- Handle PAN India Sales Order (SO) processing and challan creation.
- Update Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain documentation for machine and material transfers.

Invoicing & Billing
- Prepare and process sales, rental, and service invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and dispatch of invoices.

Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with the Service, Stores,



CFA, Sales, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure inventory availability, resolve operational issues, and process returns efficiently.

Reporting
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, including Billing, Installation, Demo, Outright, and other operational reports.
