Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Hub Incharge with 12 years of experience in hub operations, last-mile logistics, and rider management. The candidate will support daily hub activities, ensure smooth shipment flow, manage rider operations, and maintain delivery performance as per operational standards.
- Assist in managing daily hub operations and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle rider onboarding, attendance, shift planning, and allocation.
- Monitor rider productivity, performance, and delivery SLAs.
- Ensure accurate shipment sorting, scanning, and dispatch.
- Resolve rider and operational issues, escalating critical cases when required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Hub Operations and Last-Mile Logistics.
- Rider/Fleet Management experience.
- Knowledge of shipment handling and dispatch processes.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Robust problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
