Job Summary

NAI Coffee Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate
Chocolate Production Incharge
to lead daily chocolate manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production while ensuring consistent product quality, food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end chocolate production, including mixing, refining, conching, tempering, moulding, cooling, packaging, and storage.
- Plan daily production schedules to meet sales and inventory requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize wastage of raw materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI food safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Supervise production staff, allocate work, and ensure smooth shift operations.




- Train and develop team members on production processes, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, inventory usage, and machine logs.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Support new product development and production trials in collaboration with the R&D; team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in chocolate, confectionery, bakery, or food manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobing, and packaging operations.
- Positive knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP,
