Job Summary

Raivens Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele-Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide assistance regarding our GPS and internet-enabled devices.

The selected candidate will communicate with customers over phone calls, understand their concerns, guide them through basic installation and troubleshooting steps, and ensure that their issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to product-related queries.
- Assist customers with the installation, activation, connectivity and usage of GPS devices.
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting support over phone calls.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a simple and understandable manner.
- Record customer complaints, queries and resolution details accurately.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issues requiring advanced support.
- Follow up with customers until their queries or complaints are resolved.
- Maintain a polite,



patient and qualified approach during all customer interactions.
- Explain product features, processes and support procedures clearly.
- Meet customer service quality and response-time targets.
- Share recurring customer issues and feedback with the management team.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, call centre operations or technical support is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication skills are desirable.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls throughout the working day.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications, internet connectivity, GPS devices, computers and electronic products.
- Ability to understand technical instructions and explain them clearly to customers.
- Patient, confident and solution-oriented personality.
