About the
Role

We are seeking an experienced
US IT Recruiter
with strong expertise in hiring across modern software development and emerging technology domains. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of technical roles spanning frontend, backend, full-stack, cloud, Descopes, infrastructure, data engineering, cybersecurity, and QA/testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements across
diverse software domains
and deliver high-quality talent.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- Screen candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
