Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Developer
to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions across various modules, including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, and SecOps. The ideal candidate will have strong platform development expertise, experience with integrations, and the ability to deliver scalable and productive solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Catalog Items.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Support upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
