Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Officer role based in Srinagar. The Procurement Officer will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers,



preparing and issuing purchase requests and purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely availability of goods and services. The role involves reviewing supplier quotations, coordinating contract terms, and supporting negotiations to secure cost-effective and quality-compliant agreements. The Procurement Officer will maintain accurate procurement records, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to align purchasing needs with budget and project timelines. Daily responsibilities also include analyzing procurement data, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant compliance standards.
