Job Description – MIS Executive

Position: MIS Executive

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and data analysis techniques.
- Process and manage payroll data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare, maintain, and update Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Manage and maintain HRMS software, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll-related support.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and provide data insights as per business requirements.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely updating of employee and operational records.




- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and analyze data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and effective reporting.

Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRMS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, payroll processing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
