What You Will Do:
• This role is based in Pune, India (hybrid). You will partner across Finance, Technology, Data, and Analytics to transform how the business consumes FP&A; insights—moving
from static reporting to interactive, self-service, and AI-enabled decision support system
Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Lead end-to-end transformation of FP&A; dashboards—evolving static reporting into interactive, AI-enabled insights that support decision-making.
• Standardization across region, FP&A; reporting using standard Tools Technology stack
• Partner with Technology, Data, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics products and AI-driven solutions.
• Define, standardize, and govern finance logic, KPIs, and insight narratives embedded in dashboards to drive consistent outcomes.
• Design intuitive self-service experiences (Copilot-like finance insights) that deliver fast, relevant, decision-ready information.
• Serve as the finance approval authority for dashboard designs, analytics models, and automated insights—ensuring alignment to finance governance and business priorities.
• Drive stakeholder adoption and value realization of analytics solutions across global finance and business partners.
