About the Role:

Are you a hands-on process design leader ready to drive complex greenfield and brownfield projects?

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in chemical/process engineering. In this role, you will balance technical leadership with hands-on execution—mentoring junior engineers, taking complete ownership of core process deliverables (P&IDs;, PFDs, sizing), and serving as a key technical focal point for clients, interdisciplinary teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Ownership: Mentor junior/mid-level engineers while taking full technical ownership of process design scopes from conceptual stages through detail engineering.
- Core Design & Simulation: Prepare, review, and approve Process Data Sheets (PDS), PFDs, P&IDs;, and instrument/valve specifications. Perform complex equipment, line, and safety valve sizing calculations.
- Brownfield & Revamp Execution: Identify site tie-ins, execute debottlenecking, and integrate new systems seamlessly into existing operating facilities.
- Interface Management:



Lead cross-discipline coordination (Piping, I&C;, Electrical) and manage vendor package technical bid evaluations (TBE) and client technical query (TQ) resolutions.

What We Are Looking For:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical or Process Engineering.
- Experience: 10–15 years in Process Design / EPC environments (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals, or Heavy Industrial).
- Software Tools: Strong hands-on proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus, HTRI, FLARENET, PIPENET, or equivalent).
- Execution Track Record: Proven background in both greenfield developments and complex brownfield modifications.
