Accountabilities




The Software Licensing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring efficient licensing operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customer and internal stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle.
- Manage the complete software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain software licensing quotes for recent purchases, renewals, upgrades, and cross-grades using CRM platforms, service management tools, vendor portals, and spreadsheets.
- Review customer contracts, licensing entitlements, renewal history, and software requirements to ensure accurate quotations and compliance.
- Manage licensing requests, renewal opportunities, and purchase orders while prioritizing tasks according to business needs and service expectations.
