Job Description ? Assistant Manager, Security Loss Prevention (SLP)

Department: Security Loss Prevention
Reports To: SLP Manager / Site Head

Location - Malda
Job Purpose

Manage security, safety, and loss prevention operations to protect company assets, employees, inventory, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security and loss prevention operations.
- Supervise security personnel and third-party security agencies.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems.
- Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and security incidents; implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform security audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, and incident management.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Transportation, and law enforcement agencies.
- Prepare MIS, incident reports,



and analyze loss trends using Advanced Excel.
- Drive security awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) ? Mandatory.
Experience
- 5?8 years of experience in Security Loss Prevention, Industrial Security, or Corporate Security.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
