THE ROLE You will own the social media and creative production pipeline end-to-end for our client portfolio: planning content calendars, briefing and coordinating creative production, managing approvals, and ensuring everything ships on time. This is an operator role — part strategist, part producer, part project manager — with direct ownership of a structured ClickUp pipeline from brief to live. WHAT YOU WILL OWN • Content strategy & calendars: Build monthly content calendars per client aligned to campaign objectives and brand voice • Creative pipeline: Run the production workflow in ClickUp — briefing, tracking, and unblocking deliverables through production, approval, and publishing stages • Team coordination: Direct day-to-day work of the video editor and junior social media support; coordinate with the content writer for copy • Client approvals: Manage the creative approval loop with clients, keeping turnaround times tight and revisions structured • Publishing & community: Own scheduling, posting,



and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Performance feedback: Track organic content performance and feed learnings back into the calendar and into paid creative decisions WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 2–3 years managing social media for multiple brands, agency-side strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to run a production pipeline — you have managed designers/editors and shipped consistently against deadlines • Robust creative judgement: you can brief a reel, critique a design, and write a caption that fits the brand • Working knowledge of Instagram, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices • Organised and process-native — comfortable living in ClickUp or a similar tool daily • English, Hindi, and Punjabi content sensibility for regional brand contexts

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
