Accountabilities
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering reliable desktop support, maintaining end-user devices,



and ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently according to established processes.
- Respond to and resolve routine technical support requests related to hardware, operating systems, and standard business applications.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting assistance for desktop, laptop, peripheral, connectivity, printing, and account access issues.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and decommission laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment following established procedures.
- Perform device setup, software installations, updates, and basic maintenance activities to support employee productivity.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user interactions accurately within ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams while maintaining clear ownership of assigned requests.
