About the opportunity

Pasondia Cables Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its manufacturing capacity, corporate team and international operations. We are looking for a Corporate HR qualified to establish structured people-management systems for white-collar, managerial and international employees.

The role will complement Pasondia’s existing plant HR and labour-relations function. It will focus on corporate recruitment, job structures, KRAs/KPIs, performance management, training, employee engagement, team building and international employee coordination.

Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for corporate, managerial, technical, finance, marketing and international-business positions.
- Manage international recruitment and coordinate onboarding and employment requirements for overseas employees and representatives.
- Create and maintain organisation charts, job descriptions, reporting lines, KRAs and KPIs.
- Establish structured onboarding, probation confirmation, promotion, transfer and exit processes for white-collar employees.
- Develop and implement performance-appraisal,



feedback and employee-development systems.
- Create an annual training calendar covering induction, managerial skills, ISO awareness, workplace conduct, communication and leadership.
- Plan employee-engagement, communication and team-building initiatives.
- Build a professional, accountable and performance-oriented corporate working culture.
- Develop corporate HR policies, employee handbooks, templates and standard processes.
- Implement HRMS, digital employee records, leave systems and management dashboards.
- Coordinate international employment contracts, payroll inputs, incentives, leave, documentation and performance reviews with Finance and overseas advisors.
- Support management in manpower planning, succession planning and organisational development.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure proper documentation and background verification.
