Accountabilities




The Senior Software Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing software licensing activities, renewal processes, and customer communications while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the complete software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and high-quality customer service.
- Prepare, review, and maintain software licensing quotes for new licenses, renewals, upgrades, and cross-grade opportunities.
- Manage licensing requests and renewal opportunities while prioritizing activities according to business needs and service expectations.
- Research customer contracts, licensing entitlements, renewal history, and software requirements to ensure accurate quotes and compliance.
- Monitor customer renewal schedules and proactively engage stakeholders to support successful contract renewals.
