The Role

As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for our customers — helping them solve problems, understand the product, and get the most out of 6Orbit. You'll work across email, phone, and chat, and collaborate closely with our tech teams to ensure every customer issue gets resolved quickly and effectively.





This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to build a career at the intersection of technology and customer success.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot — Research and resolve customer issues across email, phone, and chat
- Engage Customers — Ask the right questions to quickly get to the root of any problem
- Own Issues End-to-End — Track every issue through to full resolution within agreed timelines
- Escalate Smartly — Route complex issues to the right internal tech teams when needed
- Document Everything — Maintain accurate logs of issues and their resolutions for future reference
- Report & Analyse — Prepare timely, accurate reports on customer issues and trends
- Follow Up — Check back with customers to ensure issues don't recur
- Multitask Effectively — Priorities and manage multiple open cases simultaneously
