The Pune division serves a diverse client base including major automotive brands, educational institutions, and prominent film and media production companies.

Role Description
The Accountant role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division of Accord Equips. The person in this role will handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include preparing basic financial reports, supporting monthly closing activities, reconciling bank and cash accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation of invoices and payments. The Junior Accountant will assist with GST and other statutory compliances,



coordinate with internal teams for billing and expense tracking, and help respond to basic audit queries. This role also involves using accounting software, organizing financial records, and supporting the senior accounts team in maintaining timely and accurate financial data.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in basic accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in using Tally, , MS Excel, and other office productivity tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial documentation, invoice processing, and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
