Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, implement, and maintain software solutions, leading or contributing as needed
- Identify and describe software defects thoroughly, including root cause and resolution
- Support cost estimation, design, and implementation of software systems to meet business needs
- Implement DevOps and Agile best practices per organizational guidelines
- Recommend security enhancements based on current IT security trends
- Define and drive technical direction for a workstream or product area
- Influence engineering/product strategy through technical insight

Required Qualifications
- 6-9 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on AI/ML, generative AI, or LLM-driven application development
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience building production-grade AI applications APIs, back-end services, orchestration logic, and front-end integrations where needed




- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and advanced LLM interaction design
- Core agent engineering skills: tool use, retrieval, multi-step workflows, evaluation, and observability
- Robust cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP) compute, serverless, and security fundamentals for AI workloads
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
- Experience with structured/unstructured data, document processing, and enterprise system integration
- Solid software fundamentals: distributed systems, API design, testing, CI/CD
- Understanding of responsible AI principles — safety, fairness, privacy, model risk mitigation
