Role & responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC, VMC, and DMG Mori machines.
- Perform machining operations such as Turning and Honing.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Make minor CNC program modifications and support CNC programming activities.
- Carry out NPD (New Product Development) setup and trial activities.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Conduct machine offset corrections and tool change activities.
- Maintain production quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance activities.

Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2 to 8 years of experience in CNC/VMC/DMG Morie machining operations.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, precision engineering, or defense manufacturing preferred.
- Solid understanding of machining processes and quality requirements.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
