Proactive Team Lead to oversee our "Europe - Treasury and BRS" ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and leading the team with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treasury activities, leading a high-performing team, and implementing innovative, future-ready solutions to enhance efficiency and control. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership capabilities, process improvement expertise, and a strategic mindset focused on automation, digital transformation, Daily Bank Reconciliation and Continuous Improvement.

This role covers overall accounting for EUROPE region including Treasury & Bank activities including Cash & Liquidity Management, Payment Operations Oversight, Bank Account Management, Team Supervision and Adherence to Compliance and Risk Management and Reconciliation & Accounting Coordination

Preferred candidate profile
- Lead end-to-end Treasury Operations, including cash management,



liquidity monitoring, fund transfers, and banking transactions.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of treasury and banking activities.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts/entities.
- Drive resolution of reconciliation exceptions and strengthen financial controls.
- Monitor cash positions and support working capital optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop treasury and reconciliation teams; manage performance and resource allocation.
- Establish and enforce SOPs, internal controls, SOX Controls and governance frameworks.
- Drive process improvements through automation, digitization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Banks, Audit, and Business teams for seamless operations.
