Position: Junior Chemist ? Production
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in pharmaceutical production activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Operate and monitor production equipment and processes according to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
- Monitor process parameters and report any deviations to supervisors.
- Assist in raw material dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging operations.
- Perform line clearance and maintain cleanliness of production areas.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments during production activities.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production department.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of GMP and safety practices.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. (Chemistry) from a recognized university.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Age below 26 years.

- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
