Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role based in Serilingampalli. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines, conducting detailed technical and cultural assessments, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.



The role also involves engaging with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience that aligns with Jobhunger.ai’s mission and values.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a range of software, infrastructure, and data roles.
- Demonstrated ability in Hiring and Recruiting, with a track record of filling roles efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of modern recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on inclusive hiring practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Serilingampalli and collaborate closely with local teams and stakeholders.
