JD For SecOps SOC Analyst

Required SecOps analyst or Blue Team member or SOC analyst for Fintech Client with the follow skill set:

Experience: 3-7 years

Technical Skills:

Security Incident Monitoring & Response:
- - Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar, ArcSight, Netwitness etc.)
- Experience in log analysis (firewall, IDS/IPS, AV, email security)
- Ability to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents

Endpoint & Network Security:
- - Solid knowledge of endpoint protection solutions, EDR like Cortex, SentinelOne etc.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs
- Understanding of malware, injection attacks, phishing analysis

Threat Intelligence & Analysis:
- - Ability to research emerging threats and analyze intrusion attempts
- Correlate security events to determine impact and root cause
- Experience with malware analysis and forensics

SIEM Use Case & Rule Creation:




- - Ability to develop custom use cases
- Write detection rules and correlation policies

Cybersecurity Frameworks & Compliance:
- - Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK;, CSA, NIST, OWASP, CIS benchmarks, Incident Management framework
- Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements

Soft Skills:
- - Analytical mindset – ability to think critically about security incidents
- Strong communication skills – report findings and collaborate with teams
- Proactive learning – keeping up with the latest security threats and trends
- Problem-solving skills – handling real-time security incidents effectively

On-Call Support Coverage , weekend work in rotational shifts
