Role :

We are looking for a QC Executive with 4 -7years of experience in chemical manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality testing, analytical instruments, laboratory documentation, and quality standards.

Location - Kurkumbh MIDC, Tal - Daund, Dist.- Pune

Industry - Chemical Manufacturing

Responsibilities
- Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials as per approved specifications.
- Carry out routine chemical analysis using laboratory instruments such as pH Meter, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, Karl Fischer, etc. (as applicable).
- Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and maintain laboratory records.
- Record and review analytical data accurately and ensure compliance with SOPs and GLP practices.
- Report any Out-of-Specification (OOS) or abnormal results to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper calibration, operation,



and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Production and QA departments for sample collection and testing requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and support quality system compliance.
- Follow EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines at all times.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
- 4 - 7years of experience in a chemical manufacturing QC laboratory.
- Knowledge of wet chemistry and analytical testing.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments.
- Understanding of GLP, SOPs, and ISO quality systems.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
