Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client financial goals, and recommend suitable products and services across investments, insurance, and loans. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting financial needs analysis,



explaining product features and risks, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and referrals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to process applications, resolve client issues, and monitor portfolio performance. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to business development through networking, client engagement activities, and regular review meetings with clients.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, stock market instruments, and portfolio management services, with the ability to explain them clearly.
