Job Summary

VIBGYOR High School – NIBM, Pune is looking for an experienced and passionate Secondary Mathematics Teacher with mandatory experience in teaching the Cambridge International Education (CIE) Curriculum for Grades 8 and 9.

The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, concept-based Mathematics lessons aligned with the CIE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons aligned with the CIE curriculum for Grades 8 and 9.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Teach mathematical concepts using engaging, interactive, and student-centric teaching methodologies.
- Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking, problem-solving,



and application-based skills.
- Assess and monitor student performance through regular tests, assignments, classwork, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and improvement.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support and differentiated instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum planning and academic delivery.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, professional development programmes, and school events.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace.
