- Coordinate and manage doctors' schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
- Arrange appointments and communicate with patients and their families about scheduling and appointment details.
- Manage patient flow, including admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Facilitate effective communication among departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care and hospital operations.

Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with medical staff, patients, and their families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
