About the Role

We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven professionals to join our Admissions team as Business Development Associates. This is a field sales role responsible for generating admission leads through community outreach, field marketing, and relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective parents, promote the school's academic offerings, and support the admissions process by converting leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct field visits to residential communities, apartments, educational hubs, and commercial areas to generate admission enquiries.
- Identify and develop recent lead generation opportunities through local outreach and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local businesses,



educational consultants, and referral partners.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, school events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Execute door-to-door and territory-based marketing initiatives as assigned.

Admissions Counselling
- Meet prospective parents to explain the school's curriculum, facilities, teaching methodology, and admission process.
- Schedule school visits and campus tours for interested parents.
- Follow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions while achieving monthly enrolment targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective admissions.

Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with parents and referral sources.
- Ensure an excellent parent experience throughout the admission journey.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and local admission trends.
