Role & responsibilities

Leadership & Growth:
- Develop and implement the companys strategic vision and long-term growth plans.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets, both locally and internationally.
- Lead the expansion into current service lines, geographies, and client sectors.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to position the company as a leader in workforce solutions
- Ensure operational efficiency and drive profitability through effective P&L; management.

Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Represent the company in industry forums and public platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage risk proactively, ensuring business continuity and mitigating any potential operational or financial threats.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a business leader or in an executive leadership role, preferably in the staffing, workforce solutions, or business services industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of leading large, complex organisations.
- In-depth knowledge of the staffing/recruitment industry,



including temporary staffing, permanent placements, payroll, and HR solutions.
- Experience in managing multi-regional operations with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Strong network within the corporate sector, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships at the C-suite level.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of compliance and labour regulations, both locally and internationally.
- Age: Less than 45 years.
