About this Position
Support the SHE department in implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), conducting internal audits, ensuring documentation compliance, and assisting in day-to-day safety activities across the site.
What you´ll do
- Tomaintain and update IMS documents, SOPs, work instructions, registers, and records.
- To coordinate document review, revision control, and document distribution.
- To plan, conduct, and report internal audits as per the audit schedule.
- To track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- To assist in review of HIRA, Aspect Impact, OTI.
- To conduct workplace safety observations and compliance audits.
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action implementation & closure. Review and analyze SUSA’s.
- Coordinate SHE trainings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
- To maintain SHE performance dashboards, KPI reports, and statutory records
- To support legal compliance, external audits, and management review meetings.
- Promote safe work practices and drive continual improvement initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- M.Sc. (Chemistry) / BE chemical. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
- Understanding of HIRA, JSA
- Basic understanding of SHE compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ready to upgrade the certification related to SHE management.
