About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager will own and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. Responsibilities include planning and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and other relevant ad networks,



optimizing campaigns for ROI and CAC, and conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages. The role involves monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, preparing regular performance reports, and recommending improvements based on insights. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Affiliates, and other paid media platforms

Manage day-to-day campaign execution, tracking, and optimization to ensure ROI and growth targets are met.

Performance dashboards, reporting key campaign metrics, insights, and learnings.
