Role Description
This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video editing for marketing campaigns, social media content, brand films, and promotional materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions, effects, and color grading, and integrating motion graphics and text overlays to enhance storytelling. The role involves collaborating closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to translate briefs into engaging video content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.



The Video Editor will also be responsible for exporting final deliverables in appropriate formats, maintaining organized media libraries, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and high-quality output.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics that enhance narrative and brand identity.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing content formats, social media platforms, and best practices for video engagement.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
