Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Medorah Meditek's medical device portfolio. The role requires a robust blend of strategic thinking, market insight, clinical understanding, and commercial acumen to build brand leadership, enable sales growth, and ensure competitive positioning in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Strategic Marketing & Planning*

1. Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
2. Conduct market segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) for product portfolios
3. Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, unmet clinical needs, and competitive benchmarking
4. Build go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and lifecycle management

*2. Product & Portfolio Management*

1. Own the product lifecycle from launch to maturity, including pricing, positioning, and phasing strategies
2.



Develop clinical value propositions and differentiated messaging based on product features and outcomes
3. Collaborate with R&D; and regulatory teams for new product development inputs
4. Monitor product performance and drive portfolio optimization strategies

*3. Market Intelligence & Insights*

1. Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, positioning, promotion strategies)
2. Gather insights from KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), surgeons, and healthcare professionals
3. Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the medical device sector
4. Translate insights into actionable strategies for business growth

*4. Brand Management & Promotion*

1. Build and strengthen brand positioning across key therapeutic segments
2. Lead development of marketing collaterals (brochures, clinical data sheets, digital content, videos)
3. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, field marketing, conferences, workshops)
