We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for user-centered design and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, capable of creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, business goals, and pain points.
- Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
- Design low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create clickable prototypes in Figma to validate user interactions and workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, spacing,



and accessibility across all digital products.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and improve designs based on research and analytics.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Optimize existing products by identifying usability improvements and implementing best UX practices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and design standards.
