About Position:

We are looking for an experienced OAM Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OAM, NETCONF, YANG, and C++ with hands-on experience in telecom network management, configuration management, and fault management systems. The role involves developing and managing network configuration solutions, building OAM modules, automating processes, and supporting modern CI/CD and containerized environments.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage network configuration, fault, and performance management solutions for telecom systems.
- Work on NETCONF/YANG-based device configuration
- Develop OAM modules for fault & configuration management
- Automate processes using Python scripting
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Work with Linux-based multi-threaded systems
- Support containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong developer with telecom network management and OAM experience.




- C/C++ (C++11) and Python skills
- NETCONF, YANG, and Tail-f Confd experience
- Knowledge of 3G/4G/5G OAM & fault management
- Linux, multithreading, and OO concepts
- CI/CD, make files & build systems
- Basics of SNMP, HTTP, XML/JSON/YAML, Kafka
- BE/ B.Tech/MTech in CS/IT/ENTC or related
